A bit about us…
Hello! We are Arys and Ellis, friends of 13 years who met and trained at Norland College. With the same values and commitment to the childcare industry, together we created Gaia Nannies to be the kind of agency we always loved - personal, approachable, and invested in the people it serves.
For families, that means having someone you can trust to guide you through the process, and truly understand what you are looking for.
For nannies, it means feeling supported by recruiters who understand the industry.
For us, every placement is about more than filling a vacancy, it’s about helping others to find the right connection. We draw on our trusted network of nannies and first-hand experience to match families with exceptional nannies who have the skills, personality, and values to fit seamlessly into their home.
All of the nannies we work with hold enhanced DBS checks, Paediatric First Aid certification, and the right experience or qualifications for the role.
